Analog Machines

Analog Machines is focused on designing fun, high-quality open source electronic kits. We're based in San Francisco.

Larry is a longtime software developer who's spent most of his time developing web applications. He's always been interested in physical computing and human computer interaction, but electronics and hardware never seemed that approachable. After stopping by a 'learn to solder' station at MakerFaire in 2010, he was hooked, and left San Mateo with an Arduino. Later that night he successfully got some LEDs to blink on demand!

With a lot of trips to Noisebridge, and a lot of help from friends, Larry's been continuing to work on various electronic projects.
